2. Damaged or Missing Products – Eligibility for Claim
We only accept claims under the following specific circumstances:
- The product you received is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival
- One or more items from your order are missing
Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours after the order has been delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Damaged or missing item claims must include:

- Full name and contact information
- Clear photos or video of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label
- Description of the issue (e.g., cracked, leaking, missing piece, etc.)
This information helps us verify the issue and ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
3. Claims Review & Resolution
Once we receive your claim, our support team will review the provided details and make a determination based on the evidence. After verification:
- We will send a replacement product at no additional cost
- If a replacement is not available, we may offer store credit equal to the value of the affected item
- Refunds will only be considered if the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

4. Packaging Requirements for Damaged Claims
For a damaged product claim to be valid, the original packaging must be kept until the claim is resolved. This includes:
- Product box
- Protective materials
- Shipping box or mailer
- Shipping label
Discarding the packaging may result in delays or denial of your claim, as couriers sometimes require packaging images for damage verification.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
- Unclaimed packages returned to the courier
In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address and contact information are accurate before completing the purchase.
6. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All orders are immediately processed, and cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping Delays
