Strict No-Return Policy

Due to strict hygiene, safety standards, and the perishable nature of raw botanical herbs and classical Ayurvedic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

48-Hour Transit Damage Exception

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking due to courier handling, you are eligible for an immediate free replacement or full refund. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Damaged or Missing Items (Within 48 Hours)

We package our products with extreme care using thick food-grade pouches and shipping boxes. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if items are missing from your package, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To file a damage/missing claim, you must email us at nrgandhiandsons@gmail.com with:

Your Order Number
Description of the issue
Clear photos or video showing:
- The damaged item packaging
- The outer shipping box with the shipping label fully visible

Verification and Resolution

Once we receive your claim with proper photographic evidence, our team will verify the damage. Upon validation:

We will ship a replacement of the damaged item immediately (subject to stock availability).

If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for that item back to your original payment method or provide store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as we process and dispatch packages quickly. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping courier, cancellations are not possible.
